Thanks for shopping at Travel Gang Store, operated by Ask Shanterria, a brand of Premier Travel One, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly, so please read this policy carefully before you check out. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

All products and content sold through this store are digital goods, delivered instantly, and are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete and access has been granted.

This policy exists because our products are delivered digitally and instantly. Once your download link is issued, the product cannot be “returned” in any meaningful way.

Limited Exceptions

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchases. You accidentally purchased the same product more than once in a short time window.
  • Failed delivery. Your download link did not work, or your file was corrupted, and we are unable to resolve the issue after a good-faith attempt.
  • Unauthorized charges. The purchase was made without your authorization.

To request a review under one of these exceptions, email info@askshanterria.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds under this section are granted at our sole discretion.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds because you:

  • Changed your mind after purchase
  • Did not read the product description before buying
  • Expected different content, length, or format
  • Are unable to open the file due to issues on your end
  • Decided you no longer need the product after downloading it

Every product page includes a clear description of what you are buying. Please review it carefully before checkout.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at info@askshanterria.com, you are in breach of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, revoke access, restrict future purchases, and recover associated fees.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first. We resolve most issues quickly and without a dispute.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the store means you accept updates.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Georgia.
